The photo above was taken at the 2026 I Love Mums Retreat. This was my third year attending, and it is such an honor to learn from, create alongside, and laugh with these incredibly talented women. (I'm the third from the left on the bottom row.)
Katie-did-it began in 2011 when I started sewing children's clothing and creating bows and accessories. In 2016, I made my first three homecoming mums and one garter for my own children, and I was instantly hooked.
Since then, I've had the privilege of creating hundreds of custom homecoming keepsakes for students across Central Texas. What started as a creative outlet has grown into a business that I passionate about and truly love.
I am incredibly grateful for the customers, friends, and family who have supported Katie-did-it over the years. I have also been blessed by talented makers and mentors who have generously shared their knowledge, encouraged my creativity, and inspired me to keep learning and growing.
Thank you for trusting me to be a small part of your homecoming traditions, celebrations, and memories.
God is good, all the time.
Katie
