3. Major Changes: No major changes (size, color, prints) can be made once an order is started. Contact promptly for any modifications.
4. Turnaround Time: Orders are ready by the Wednesday of homecoming week (Friday homecoming) or by Tuesday (Thursday homecoming). Orders are prioritized by event date.
5. Local Pickup: Pickup is arranged when the order is completed. A message will be sent to your choice of contact. I do not ship, meet or deliver.
6. Payment: Full payment is required at order placement. We accept various payment methods listed on the website.
7. Privacy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product. We are not responsible for any damages or losses from using our products.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be handled in Texas courts.
