>>Where are you located and do you create for my school?
I currently create for several towns in Hill, Bosque, Johnson, and McLennan counties. I love new requests, please reach out if you do not see your town. I am willing to create for anyone that can pick up in Whitney, Texas.
>>How do I order?
Orders are placed online. If you do not see a listing that fits your needs, message me before ordering. I love custom requests and will do my best to fill requests if time allows.
>>How do I pay?
Payment is due at checkout. Taxes and customization are not included in base pricing. I currently use Lightspeed and offer several ways to pay. Venmo is still an option. You do not have to put in a cc.
>>When do I need to order?
I suggest ordering as soon as you know you need an item. Spots do fill up as we get closer. Orders placed within 7 days of the date needed will have a rush fee that is based on the size of the order. Contact me before ordering.
>>What if I need to make changes to my order or cancel it?
Orders maybe canceled before being marked in process. No refunds are available once your order is started. All sales are final on completed items. Minor changes to your order may be requested if time allows.
>>When will my order be ready?
Orders are typically completed and ready for pickup by the Wednesday of your Homecoming Week if your date falls on a Friday. If your date falls on a Thursday, your order will be ready by the Tuesday of your week.
Orders are not worked on in the order they are received. Completion is based on the timing of your homecoming to ensure every order is ready on time.
>>How do I recieve my order? Do you ship or deliver?
You will be contacted when your order is ready to pick up. Address for pick up will be provided in the order confirmation.
Items are placed on my porch pick-up rack for a specific time range. It is the customers responsibility to pick up on the day and time designated. The area is covered and is monitored by a security camera. If it is raining, I do not put them out. I am not able to meet, ship or deliver.
>> What if there is an issue with my order?
Inspect your items before leaving to confirm spellings and other details. My goal is always 100% satisfaction, contact me immediately if you have any concerns.
>>How can I keep my items looking fresh?
Completed items are hanging and bagged for protection. Items will hold shape best if they are hanging and not smashed. Leaving your items in a hot car will cause damage. Damage occurred after pick-up is the customers responsibility.

* If you know specific details that you want, message me BEFORE ordering. I love custom requests if time allows. I am able to create elaborate toppers such as double flowers, heart shape, paw print and quad. More than what you may see. Reach out to me for a quote and I will create a custom listing.
*Total length is top to bottom - not the ribbon length. Trinkets are the traditional plastic details. Cutouts are created with a machine and are layered paper and or vinyl. *cutouts will be offered as a package.

*"Bling it up" add on is for the student that wants something extra special!! Sparkle and glitter ribbon, real rhinestones, braid embellishments, extra bling accents, 1 hanging crystal and 1 mirror ball. Price varies by size.
