Where are you located?

I am based in Whitney, Texas.


Do you create for my school?

I currently design mums for schools in Hill, Bosque, Johnson, and McLennan counties. If your town isn’t listed, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to create for anyone able to pick up in Whitney.


When should I order?

Order as early as possible—spots fill up quickly as Homecoming approaches. Orders needed within 7 days of the due date will incur a rush fee based on size. Please message me before placing last-minute orders.


How do I place an order?

All orders are placed online. If you don’t see an option that fits your needs or have a specific vision in mind, please message me before ordering. Custom designs—like double flowers, heart shapes, paw prints, and quads—are available by request. I’ll provide a quote and create a custom listing just for you.


How do I pay?

Payment is due at checkout. Taxes and customizations are not included in the base pricing. I use Lightspeed for checkout and accept several payment methods, including Venmo. You are not required to enter credit card information.


Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled only before they are marked “in process.” Once production begins, no refunds are available. Minor changes may be possible if time allows. All completed sales are final.


When will my order be ready?

Orders are typically ready for pickup by the Wednesday of your Homecoming week (if it falls on a Friday) or Tuesday (if Homecoming is on a Thursday). Orders are completed based on event date, not order date.


How do I receive my order? Do you ship or deliver?

All orders are porch pick-up only in Whitney. You’ll receive a confirmation with the pickup address. Items are placed on a covered rack within a designated time frame and monitored by security cameras. If it’s raining, pickup will be rescheduled. I do not offer delivery or shipping.


What if there’s an issue with my order?

Please inspect your items upon pickup to verify all details. Customer satisfaction is very important—contact me immediately with any concerns.


How do I keep my items looking fresh?

Each item is bagged and hung to protect its shape. For best results, keep items hanging and avoid placing them in hot or cramped spaces. Damage after pickup is the customer’s responsibility.

Sizing- total length refers to the completed design from top to bottom—not just the ribbon length.
